  • EWB
  • Avatar

Without being pigeon holed into one genre Avatar blend extracts of funk and grunge into an energetic plethora of dirty guitar chords, pounding bass lines, frantic drumming and smooth melodies, drawing on but never limited to influences such as Incubus, Primus and Radiohead. Avatar is not about creating conventional indie-pop rock but striving simply to play music that makes the audience feel like dancing on fluffy clouds in a pink tutu whilst grilling pork chops to put on their pizza.
  • The Views
‘Eclectic guitar driven pop songs, original material with an edge, an exciting new band drawing on a multitude of influences, come see for your self!’
  • Mark Handley & The Bone Idols
Singer/songwriter Mark Handley’s music has embraced many different musical styles, from Rock to Reggae, Folk to Country and out beyond. He writes “real” songs with great lyrics and hooks that will have you singing along by the second chorus wondering where you've heard it before. This along with Marks capivating stage presence and energetic live performance will make a memorable impression on anyone who has ever seen him play live.

Though perhaps best known (in certain circles) for his high street “busking” Mark has gigged, solo or with his band “the Bone Idols” everywhere from pubs and clubs too some of the more prestigious music venues and festivals all around the South of England, as well as in the USA.

Over the years Mark Has built up a body of work to be proud of, producing many self financed albums of his music that he continues to submit to the music industry and sell wherever his is performing, or via his website www.markhandley.co.uk
